Baer Is Born!

Ready for Baby #2

So we are ready - these are from a couple of weeks ago, but at this point I'm not sure I would fit on your screen :) And Jim is totally ready for baby too! Showing off his belly with pride - oh wait, was I not suppose to post these>??

Trick or Treat!

Okay - this year we had a couple of options for Pennie Sue's Halloween costume, but when we say this costume, a three eyed monster with bows attached to her little padded horns, We had to get it! And she was totally into trick or treating. By the third house, she had it down. You go up to the people at the door, take the nearest lolly pop, throw around your bucket and run away. Easy as pie :)

October Breezes~

So, we took a trip up to Meredith NH yesterday in search of Fall colors and Turkey Dinner. After we filled out bellies with some very good Turkey Dinner, we decided to drive around to various antique shops and parks that had alot of Foliage to look at. I think Pennie's favorite part of the whole day was running around in a little park where it was very breezey outside of Meredith. These are where these pics were taken~

Apple Picking!

Well! We decided to take miss Pennie apple picking at a farm over in Hampton this year. It was a beautiful day, and she absolutely loved the apples. It took her a couple of minutes to warm up to the fact that she was going to eat what I just grabbed off the tree, but once Daddy showed her how to bite into them, it was all over. She wanted to taste every apple we picked. The juice kept running all over her and everyone that picked her up. She was hanging out with Grandpa, and decided that she wanted the apple he was eating, and wouldn't give up pulling on it until he gave it up :) So she loved her apple picking experience!

Pennie's Playground

So, we took Pennie a couple of weeks ago to her favorite Playground in South Berwick by the Fire Station. She is getting so big - It's so funny to see her grow up and get a little personality! She still hasn't really figured out the slide yet, but she is a master of the swing - and it takes a force of nature to get her off of it sometimes :)

Air Show 2008

So, we took Pennie and Jimmy to their very first Air Show up in Brunswick ME. We piled in a car with Mom, Pops and Paigie and drove up with lawn chairs and a cooler to enjoy the show. I think Jimmy was not expecting the jets to be so loud, and by the third time the flew by and Pennie started crying, we decided to invest in some ear plugs. She was much happier, and we had a good time talking to her even though most of the time she gave us a blank stare like she had no idea what we were saying :) Overall it was a really fun and long day :)

Pennie's First Birthday Party!

Well - We made it! Penelope Sue Turned ONE on 8/17/2008! She was so excited :) I think she might have actually know it was her birthday! She wouldn't go down for a nap all day and kept singing to herself :) So, to celebrate, we invited family and friends to join us at Fort Foster in Kittery for some BBQ and Cake - Pennie got her own cake and loved it! As you can see :) We went swimming and opened lots of presents! And we were all so tired afterwards that Mommy and the birthday girl slept all the way home!! It was a great day! :)
